In this workshop, we collaboratively develop the core elements of your communication strategy – from defining your objectives to shaping a creative guiding idea. We combine strategic thinking with your lived practice and create clarity in your communication – both internally and externally.

Who is this workshop for? Our communication strategy workshop is designed for anyone who wants to position their brand with clear and impactful messaging. It’s especially relevant for teams working in: - Management & leadership - Marketing, PR & corporate communications - HR & employer branding - Product management & sales Whether you're a startup, an SME, or an organization – this workshop brings clarity to your communication and helps you reach the right audiences effectively.

How it works Every workshop is tailored – because every team brings different needs and expectations. In a preliminary meeting, we’ll define your goals and focus areas together. A typical process looks like this: 1. Kick-off & planning (video call for alignment) 2. Analysis & preparation (reviewing and evaluating materials) 3. Workshop sessions (online or on-site) 4. Follow-up & strategic documentation

Our method: interactive & collaborative Strategic communication is often explained in abstract terms – we make it tangible and directly applicable. Our methods include: - Theory with focused input - Individual and group work - Interactive tools & quiz questions

Costs & duration Complete package: €3,600 (net) 2 sessions of 4 hours each – ideally spaced a few days or weeks apart You can also book individual sessions: - Session 1 (Strategic positioning & key messages) – €1,900 - Session 2 (Tone of voice, channels & action plan) – €1,900

Where does the workshop take place? Wherever it suits your team best: - On-site at your company - Online as an interactive remote workshop - At an external location (additional costs for travel, accommodation & venue may apply)

What if we need to cancel? Up to 7 days before the workshop → free cancellation or rescheduling Up to 2 days before → 50% of the net fee Less than 2 days before → 100% of the fee plus any travel expenses incurred Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The date of receipt of the email applies.
